Estoloppet 2025 energy kit
In the Estoloopet energy kit, we have gathered products that help maintain energy levels during marathons. The pack includes both liquid and solid food options.
The Estoloppet energy pack consists of products based on a 2:1 maltodextrin and fructose formula (except for the Pre Sport jelly), which has proven to be a highly effective source of quick energy. Thanks to the 2:1 formula, these products allow the body to absorb up to 90g of carbohydrates (2:1 formula) per hour instead of the standard 60g (glucose), while minimizing the risk of gastrointestinal issues.
In cold weather, the body consumes more energy than usual, making the products in this pack the perfect companions for successfully completing a ski marathon. The pack includes energy products with various textures: jellies, gels, gummies, and sports drinks.
Usage instructions: Start the race by consuming a Pre Sport jelly 30 minutes before the start, and during the race, take one energy product every 9 km (save the caffeine gel for the final stage).
