Setting the pace from the first few kilometres means setting the pace for the entire ride. Gel Competition with Caffeine is an easy-to-eat carbohydrate source you can grab quickly from your pocket.
Gel Competition with Caffeine is the classic gel of the Enervit range, used by cyclists and racers for years. Its main ingredient is DP4 glucose syrup, made of carbohydrate polymers composed of four glucose units, with moderate sweetness and low viscosity. Each gel provides 20 g of carbohydrates and 20 mg of caffeine, with added thiamine, niacin and vitamin B6:
- Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
It can be combined with other Enervit products.

DP4 glucose syrup▲ (73%), water, fructose syrup (2%), maltodextrin (1%), trehalose** (1%), isomaltulose** (1%), acid: citric acid; flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate; caffeine (0.062%), nicotinamide, thiamine hydrochloride, microencapsulated vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).

Usage
