Ingredients

Usage
Dissolve the whole bag (300 g) in 5 litres of water, or 30 g of powder in 500 ml of water. During intense physical activity, drink about 500 ml per hour of exercise, sipping regularly (about every 15 minutes), taking exercise intensity and weather conditions into account.
