Omega-3 fatty acids for daily use
EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids obtained mainly from fish and seafood. When dietary intake is reduced or needs are increased, they can be taken as a food supplement.
EnerZona Omega 3RX is a fish oil food supplement providing EPA and DHA in a 2:1 ratio. The patented ENTERICARE® capsule leaves no aftertaste. You can choose the number of capsules according to your needs:
- EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (1 capsule).
- DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (2 capsules).
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (2 capsules).
- DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA (4 capsules).
- DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of EPA and DHA (5 capsules).
Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined (8 capsules).

Ingredients
Fish oil (standardised to 75% omega-3 fatty acids), gelatine, firming agents: glycerol, pectin, calcium chloride; antioxidants: tocopherol-rich extract, ascorbyl palmitate.
Usage
Recommended daily dose: 1–5 capsules, depending on your EPA and DHA needs (see description). 1 capsule provides 400 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA; 5 capsules provide 2 g EPA and 1 g DHA.
