The energy pack includes:

1. 1x Pre Sport jelly
   • Contains isomaltulose, which raises blood sugar levels slowly, releasing energy gradually.
   • Usage: Eat half of the jelly 60 minutes and the other half 30 minutes before the start.
2. 1x Magnesium + Potassium powder
   • Contains 160 mg of magnesium and 600 mg of potassium.
   • Usage: Prepare a drink to take with you or consume dissolved in water after breakfast.
3. 1x 25 ml energy gel
   • A highly concentrated energy gel containing 20 g of carbohydrates.
   • Usage: Drink a sip of water afterward for the best effect.
4. 1x 60 ml isotonic energy gel without caffeine
   • Contains 20 g of carbohydrates and does not require additional water.
   • Usage: Consume during the early and mid-stages of the race.
5. 1x 60 ml isotonic energy gel with caffeine
   • Contains 20 g of carbohydrates and 60 mg of caffeine. Does not require additional water.
   • Usage: Consume during the final stage of the race.

   • Contains 30 g of carbohydrates. Very liquid texture and does not require additional water.

   • Contains 22 g of carbohydrates. Made with rice flakes and real berries.
