The Customer has the right to submit claims concerning an order or a product within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Claims may be submitted to T\u00fcri t\u00e4nav 3, 11313 Tallinn or by email at info@enervit.ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer has the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To do so, the Customer must submit a written withdrawal application to T\u00fcri t\u00e4nav 3, 11313 Tallinn or by email at info@enervit.ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The withdrawal application must include the bank account number and the name of the account holder to whom the refund should be transferred. Enervit.ee<\/a> does not issue cash refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When withdrawing from an order, the Customer must return the unused and undamaged products without delay, but no later than 30 days after submitting the withdrawal application. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and have all labels attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enervit.ee<\/a> will refund the amount paid for the returned products, excluding shipping costs, no later than 30 days after receiving both the withdrawal application and the returned products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with returning or exchanging products.<\/p>\n\n\n
